1. Data controller

J.STUB Ventures AB (org.nr 559467-2171), trading as Lapras AI Studio, Södermannagatan 10, 116 23 Stockholm, Sweden, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. For any data-related inquiries, contact us at johan@laprasai.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• The contact form. Your name, company, how many people would use the system, what takes most of your team's time, and your email address.
• Email. Whatever you write when you email us directly.
• Booking a call. When you book through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you choose, and passes them to us.

Like any website, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your details to answer your inquiry, prepare for our conversation and follow up on it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where you ask about working together, steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)). We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Client data during engagements

The systems we build run in your own accounts and on your own infrastructure. You own them, and they stay with you when the engagement ends.

Building them means working with your material. During an engagement we receive and hold the documents, notes, meeting summaries and context you share with us, kept in a private repository that only we can access. We use that material solely to deliver the assignment, and we return or delete it when the engagement ends.

Where we process personal data on your behalf, you remain the data controller and we act as your processor, on your documented instructions. The specific terms are set out in the agreement between us.

We use Anthropic's Claude, operated with model training disabled, so your material is not used to train AI models. Some of the tools we rely on to do this work, including our code repository and our AI provider, are operated by companies based in the United States.

5. Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Nothing is stored in your browser.

6. Third-party services

• Vercel hosts this website. See Vercel's privacy notice.
• Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. See Resend's privacy policy.
• Calendly handles call bookings when you choose to book one. See Calendly's privacy notice.

These providers are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, the transfer relies on the safeguards the provider offers under GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights under GDPR

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
• Right to restrict processing: request limitation of how we use your data
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to object: object to certain types of processing

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at johan@laprasai.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

8. Data retention

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them within 12 months if no engagement follows. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
